Materials of TIBAI

The International Business Agility Institute (TIBAI) holds all proprietary rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property rights related to TIBAI’s Logo, Website, Model, Frameworks, Assessment tools and all other TIBAI owned Materials. TIBAI understands and agrees that, official TIBAI’s clients or partners have the right to use the TIBAI materials for the sole purpose of performing their responsibilities under an official Agreement, Contract or Permission that must be signed between both parties, no rights in the TIBAI Materials are granted to any partners or clients.

Information of Client

“Client’s Data” means any data provided to TIBAI by Clients or collected by TIBAI from a Client in connection with this website or through any interaction with TIBAI’s resources, and includes, but is not limited to “Personal Data,” test results, test registrations, assessment results, and any other data concerning or provided by a Client. “Personal Data” means any information provided to TIBAI by Client or collected by TIBAI in connection with business activities such as:

• Identifying or contacting the person to whom such information pertains,

• Or from which identification or contact information of an organization or individual person can be derived. Personal Data includes an organization’s or a person’s name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, social security number or other government-issued identifier, and credit card information.

Use of Information

TIBAI places a high priority on the security of our Clients and Partners Data. TIBAI applies robust technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect against foreseeable loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, and improper disclosure. Nevertheless, no system or data can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard. Consequently, TIBAI cannot warrant the security and privacy of any data provided by client or collected by TIBAI.

All staff, assessors and advisors of TIBAI are required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Failure to do so could result in disciplinary action.
